Our shop is located in Nice, on the french riviera, FRANCE. Shopping way may be possibly a slightly different than in your country. Please read the following chapters before to place your order. Your order will be handled on the basis of your register and acceptance to the shop conditions.

*About shipping and taxes
The carriage is based on the metered measures system. The products characteristics, their weight for shipping estimation (economy or priority shipping) are determined on a meter / kilogram base.

The weight of each item you can view also includes the weight of packaging materials.

For the commodity of our customers a TOTAL FEE CALCULATOR will give you the exact shipping and tax fee for your personal order.

Taxation of your order will be calculated depending on your residence country.

The Taxes + Shipping estimate is an automated reply that you receive from the server before your order. It corresponds to the effective shipping + taxes fee that will be charged for your order.

*Customs duty
Packages to countries outside the EEC may be taxed at customs.

The USA example:

Most goods used or new, arriving into the United States for personnal use are liable to Customs duty.

Provence Decoration ships parcels by the International Postal Service via the French Postal Service directly linked to USPS, in the respect of Universal Postal Convention.

Merchandise shipped through the international postal service may be forwarded upon its arrival in the United States to one of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) International Mail Branches for clearance.

If the value of your purchase is less than $2,000 in value, and is being shipped by mail it will be imported as an informal entry.
Clearing goods through CBP as an informal entry is less arduous a process than clearing them by filing a formal entry. A CBP official will usually prepare the paperwork for importing it, assess the proper duty if any is owed, and release it for delivery.

If any duty is owed, CBP will charge a Postal processing fee for clearing your package. Duty and the processing fee are usually paid at your local post office, where your package is forwarded.
Packages whose declared value is under $200 will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by CBP.

Provence Decoration will not be able to offer free shipping on purchases returns and new sending.

Shipping charges will be added before your account is billed. All merchandises are subject to standard shipping charges. All in stock item shipping within 3 days. All out of stock and special orders shipping in 7-14 days.

Provence Decoration accepts payments via "Credit Cards" and "Paypal".

Once you have validate your shopping cart clic on Shipping Estimator to acceed to the step 3 of 3 "Order confirmation".

You will see that "payment method" is indicated as "Paypal" and "Stripe secure payments" which accept VISA,Mastercard, American Express,Diners.

PayPal allows you to pay with your usual credit card even if you do not have account with them.

*Order optimization and Shipping calculation

Your order will be shipped to you through "La Poste", the French national postal service.

Our shipping fee is therefore based on "La Poste" international tariffication.

1. a sending by airmail.

Observed delays:

- Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Russia, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland
approximately 5 business days.

- Australia, USA, Hong Kong, Japan, China and South Korea:
approximately 12 business days.

Delays are observed delays.
Deliveries being provided by the International Postal Service, Provence Decoration cannot however garantee these delays.

USA special treatment, message from "La Poste"
Due to new safety regulations applied to all USA inbound air freight since 2010 November 18th; La Poste cannot meet any longer its usual transit time commitment toward this destination. In the mean time La Poste implements all necessary means to transport all shipments towards the US within the best possible time frame.

2. a tracking number for follow. Once your package is posted we will send you an email with your parcel number and the link to the page were you will be able to track it.
The monitoring is possible from:
-
the entrance in the destination country for parcels up to 2kg
- from the deposit in the French Post Office for parcels from 2kg

3. an Insurance: Compensation for loss or damage of 23 euros / kg ( in the limit of the maximum weight of 7 kgs).

Optional on demand Ad Valorem insurance available: up to 1500 euros for 1 extra ? per additional insured 150? (thank you to contact us before ordering to purchase this optionnal insurance).

4. Hand over on signature. In case of absence, a notice is left in the mailbox of the addressee. He indicates the address of the post office where to pick up the parcel. The addressee has then 15 consecutive days to take it back.

Shipping by "COLISSIMO" available
colissimo

For a volume until 37.5/25/19.5cm and 7 kilograms. Can be shipped by 「High Priority Flight treatment」, the delivery delay is faster of 2 to 6 days, excepted for USA due to new safety regulations applied to all USA inbound air freight since 2010 November 18th.
